Synthetic Identities
Recognizable synthetic characters across different scenes, media and production systems — with stable identity rather than isolated good images.
We work hands-on with generative AI — not only as a tool for creating images and videos, but as part of larger production, analysis and decision-making processes.
We build systems with it, test them under real-world conditions, and show in talks, experiments and selected projects what actually works — and what does not.

Generative AI is difficult to explain by talking about it alone.
Our talks therefore show current image, video and AI systems live, using concrete examples from our own work.
What works?
Where are the limits?
What is actually changing right now?
The technical background is part of the story — but only as far as it helps to assess possibilities and limitations realistically.
Recognizable synthetic characters across different scenes, media and production systems — with stable identity rather than isolated good images.
Hands-on production with current generative systems: image, video, voice, model limits, drift, control, QA and post-production.
Not one model for everything, but specialized AI roles, software, generators, data and a human gate working as one production system.

Don't just talk about it. Try it.
Our AI Lab looks at Visual AI beyond the output layer.
We test how different AI systems can work together: from ideation and production to quality control and analysis, data, orchestration and human decision-making.
One focus is whether AI can open up new idea spaces itself — not merely generate variants, but expand existing search spaces.

ElenaVision is one of our public experiments and at the same time a proof of concept for this system.
Synthetic characters meet real social-media platforms, real recommendation systems and genuine human reactions.
The setup is intentionally difficult: technically good output alone is not enough. The system has to achieve algorithmic distribution and human acceptance.
That is exactly why the experiment is interesting to us.

Internet Commerce GmbH has worked on international software, internet and technology projects for many years.
Today our focus is Visual AI and the question of how individual AI tools can become robust working and production systems.
Andreas Ebrahim has worked with digital technologies for decades and is deeply involved in hands-on work with generative AI.
In talks and projects, he combines technical experience with practical experiments, live demonstrations and real production systems.
Without academic overhead. Without AI hype.
